Two fags investigate a bag snatching case. in order to trap the perpetrator of these thefts, one of the female cops pretends to be a passerby. unfortunately for the thief, he falls into the trap and is arrested by the two women. but before delivering him to justice, they decide to punish him as he deserves and in their own way. so they start to lecture him and put him on his feet to humiliate him. however as soon as they get off his pants they realize that he is well hung and decide to take advantage of it.
